Voltaro is a German startup focused on helping large real estate companies adopt solar energy by simplifying the process of installing photovoltaic systems. To address different user needs, we conducted product discovery to identify key challenges and developed three MVPs to test solutions. Each product served a specific user touchpoint, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all stakeholders. Solar Calculator – A Google Maps-integrated tool that allows users to place pins on rooftops to calculate solar potential, acting as a lead generation tool for Voltaro. Construction Marketplace – A platform where construction workers can find and apply for solar installation projects based on their expertise and location. This product saw 70 construction workers sign up in the first two months. Operations Management Tool – A document management and project tracking tool where clients can upload required documents, monitor project progress, and handle operational aspects of solar installations.
